Why You’ll Love These Fried Salmon Bites
Growing up in a coastal Italian-American family, salmon was more than just food—it was tradition. Every summer, Nonna would visit us on the East Coast, and she’d always whip up a batch of her famous fried salmon bites. Lightly seasoned, golden, and crisp with a hint of the sea, these bites were the highlight of our family gatherings.
Today, I’m bringing that delicious nostalgia to your kitchen. These fried salmon bites are the perfect marriage of crunch and tenderness. Whether planning a backyard get-together, a game night, or just craving seafood, this dish delivers bold flavour in every bite. Best of all? They’re great all year round!
