  • 1 (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 pound fresh fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and mandarin oranges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Press cookie dough into an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cookie crust.
  6. Arrange fruit in a decorative pattern over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
